1930s Modernist Space Age Warehouse Studio
Originally built in the 1930s, this restored architecturally designed warehouse studio is a flexible, modular space for film & photography. Bathed in north-facing natural light, the open-plan layout is designed with a blend of eras, from Modernist to 60s Space Age to Ibiza Boho. The highly versatile space features a modular sunken conversation pit, luxurious round bed, sunken bath, and a motorised rotating platform. Functional amenities include a 10m kitchen counter and wheeled island, circular ceiling cut-outs, a mid-century staircase, and vintage globe chandeliers from a 1963 church. Further detailing includes a 5m faux rock wall, Sapele wood panelling, a faux golden hour window, a stage platform, and a blackout zone, all supported by a 270 sq ft mezzanine with styling space, two dry crew kitchens, and a 300 sq ft exterior courtyard. Additionally, there is a secret doorway that takes you into Elvira: a studio offering a transportive vision of modern design with a distinct speakeasy retro influence. These two spaces can be booked together or separately. Available for filming and photo shoots.
