SHOOT & EVENT LIBRARY
LOCATION REGISTRATION FOR SHOOT & EVENT LIBRARY: It is free to join our library. We take 20% of the agreed location hire fee from shoots generated through our library.

HIRE FEE: Hire fees vary from each location and are determined based on the brief, production, and crew size.

BOOKING FEES FOR THOSE HIRING THE LOCATION: These are additional to the hire fee and applicable for the successful use of a location found in our library. Fees are per location:

Events: £400
Filming: £300
Stills: £200
Student & Content Creation: £100

It is essential to note that all permits, licenses, and public liability insurance are the responsibility of the client and where necessary must be obtained in order to use our locations.

DEPOSIT: A fully refundable damage deposit is obligatory to cover potential damages and overtime. Typically, the deposit amount is set at a minimum of 50% of the total location hire fee, and it serves the owner's protection in case such circumstances arise.

SCOUTING & RESEARCH:
To discuss fees for exclusive and dedicated scouting enquire directly as prices are reflective of the project presented & whether it’s desktop research or in-person scouting.
