How Soon Will My Listing Go Live?
After payment confirmation, we aim to have your listing live within 48 hours.
How Long Does My Payment Last?
Your payment covers a 12-month period starting from the date your listing goes live. This period automatically renews every year. To cancel your subscription, please provide one month's notice before the end of the 12-month term. Kindly note, our billing operates on an automated basis, and charges will recur annually until cancellation. Your listing will remain active until the end of the subscription period, after which it will be removed from our platform.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription by providing one month's notice before the end of the 12-month term. Once canceled, you won't be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
Is A Refund Possible?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer full or partial refunds, as processing begins promptly upon receipt of payment, including administrative tasks associated with making your listing live.
