Your listing will remain active on our platform for the duration of your subscription. Upon expiration, the listing will be removed from our website.

2. Promotional Offers:

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or incentives for our subscription packages. These offers are valid only during the specified promotional period. Upon expiration of the promotional period, you will be emailed the new subscription terms to keep your listing live and continue advertising on our site.

3. Receipt and Proof of Payment:

Upon payment, you will receive an automated receipt from our billing partner Stripe, serving as valid proof of payment for accounting purposes.

4. Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as riots, floods, war, strikes, and similar occurrences, we shall not be held liable for any delays or issues that may arise. Compensation will not be provided under such circumstances.

5. Legal Status:

We do not act as your agent or as an agent for any member. We are not responsible for collecting any rentals, fees, or payments due to or from any of our members. We operate solely as an advertising platform and do not have control over the quality of any property or the availability of facilities. However, we take all complaints seriously.

6. Privacy:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to abide by our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

7. Disclaimers:

We function solely as an advertising platform and do not inspect any properties listed on the site. It is your responsibility to ensure that a property meets your requirements before making a booking. We cannot guarantee that the site will meet all your needs, work properly, be fit for a particular purpose, or be free from infringement of rights. We do not provide advice on the site.
