18th Century Georgian Manor Estate

Framed by the rolling Leicestershire countryside, this Georgian manor is a film, photo shoot, and event location of rare character. Built in the late 18th century and completed in 1843, the house was designed for entertaining at scale. Its interiors are defined by 18-foot ceilings, marble fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling sash windows that capture uninterrupted views across a deep valley and the surrounding estate. Seven luxurious bedrooms and an additional three-bedroom apartment are individually designed, each with its own distinct character. Light-filled spaces are finished with ornate cornicing and high ceilings, while every window frames sweeping views of the English countryside. The 12,000-square-foot manor is surrounded by 25 acres of formal gardens, woodland, and wild meadow. A two-acre walled garden supplies seasonal produce and flowers for the house, while a dedicated flower farm provides stems for styling and creative use. Beyond the architecture, the grounds unfold with a rose garden, lily pond, croquet lawns, a tennis court, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Positioned close to Rutland Water and the Midshire Way, the location combines architectural elegance with cinematic landscapes.
