Originally built as a passageway for first-class rail passengers in the 19th century, the Grade II* listed space showcases breathtaking Victorian architecture. The subway features intricate arches composed of colored brick and stone, supported by eighteen decorated stone columns, along with a vestibule crowned by a recently restored vaulted glass ceiling. With four grand staircases and a gently sloping gravel courtyard, the venue provides an immersive setting that captures the grandeur of its time. The venue can accommodate up to 350 guests who are invited to explore the Italian-inspired arches and columns that make this subway a true architectural gem. The newly restored vaulted glass ceiling allows natural light to filter through, enhancing the unique atmosphere of the space.
