Marble in the kitchen to be protected
(unless in shot).
No food or drink (unless in designated area or in shot).
Carpets to be covered unless in shot.
Protective feet on ALL equipment.
Extra care to be taken to not knock equipment, props, etc into walls.
No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls - by any means.
Please do not disconnect the TV and media units - ask owner.
All rubbish must be taken away at the end of the hire.
The house must be left clean and tidy, please allow for time to do this before the end of your hire time.
Failure to do so will result in overtime being charged.
