Limited numbers of cast/crew in wood panelled areas.
Walls - the wood panelled area has very delicate wood veneer on the walls. Nothing to be attached to the wood and special care to be taken not to damage the panels. Owner has protective poly panels which must be in place to protect when not filming (ie during prep/strike when equipment being carried in/out of premises). Poly panels to be removed only when actual filming taking place. Owner has hooks which fit over top edge of panels which can be used to hang paintings but this only to be done under Owner’s supervision. No sticky tape to be stuck on the wood veneer surface. If anything has to be stuck (eg a door sign essential for filming) this can only be stuck using Blu-Tac (genuine blu-tac, not any other kind or colour) and permission must be asked from Owner first.
Carpets (in carpeted areas) and especially up the carpeted stairs need protection. Other areas (workshop/car park/yard) all ok without protection.
No furniture to be moved or removed without owners permission.
Set dressing furniture and props to be brought in by production with care not to damage wood panels (if in wood panelled area).
