Inside, artificial trees and hand-painted murals bring a cinematic fantasy to life, while a custom lighting system mimics shifting daylight and a twinkling night sky, transforming the space to suit any mood. The interiors are pure 1970s luxury, featuring a swimming pool, hot tubs, a sauna, a dance floor, and a retro bar each space infused with the bold design and atmosphere of the era. The mansion includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate casita, offering flexibility for productions or intimate gatherings. Designed for entertainment, the venue also features a disco area with a DJ stage, a putting green, and a variety of seating for 200 guests, creating the ultimate setting for shoots and stylish events. The venue is "turnkey" and requires no changes. If some furniture needs light re-arranging, the client is responsible to get approval first, then take reference photos before moving anything, handle all physical labor, then return items to their original locations. All built-in lighting underground may be adjusted by mansion staff during your time in the venue.
Smoking is permitted at the ground-level outdoor patio.Parking is arranged in advance on-site or across the street with our contracted parking lot, depending on # of guests.
