Industrial Warehouse Apartment with Double-Height Ceilings and Unique Features

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, this stunning 2-level warehouse apartment offers a vast open-plan living space with double-height views and 12-foot high ceilings. Flooded with natural daylight from both sides, the minimalistic design combines concrete, wood, and steel, softened by removable translucent curtains and soft duck egg blue upholstery. Mid-century designer pieces blend with eclectic objects, creating a sleek yet relaxed interior. The fully equipped industrial-style kitchen, with polished concrete surfaces, is perfect for filming from above. The wood-panelled bedroom leads into a dusky blue-grey mosaic tiled wet room, complete with roof lights. The apartment also features a large adjoining yard, perfect for filming, lorry parking, or crane lighting, with double warehouse doors providing easy access for set building and installations. Ideal for film and photo shoots, with set building and painting allowed upon agreement.
