Footwear must be removed when entering the building, personal indoor footwear can be worn.
Equipment must be used with adequate protection, for example mats or tennis balls to prevent any scratches or damage to floors. Equipment/furniture/prop lists to be agreed prior to booking.
Food and drink to be eaten in Kitchen/dining area or outside only. Kitchen worktop, bar worktop and the coffee table are all quite porous and stain easily - please wipe up any spillage immediately.
No glassware outside, on the sun terrace or anywhere near the pool.
Please do not use any gaffer / duct tape inside as it will damage surfaces/walls/windows.
Only decorator’s masking tape allowed.
No fixtures and fittings, e.g. curtains/lighting to be altered unless the prior approval of the owner has been given. All the internal/external furniture can be moved but please lift carefully.
