Capacity: The Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests. The nightclub space can host up to 200. For film and photoshoots, typically up to 250 crew can be accommodated on site, although specific requirements can be discussed with production teams.

The location is a family home and there are areas which are out of bounds. These will be clearly marked.
No stiletto's are to be worn within the house to protect the wooden floors.
Modifications: need to be temporary, easily reversed and approved in advance by the owners.
No painting and no tape to be stuck to walls or floors that will damage them.
