If possible no filming late into the night in the height of summer. Otherwise its fine.
No over night stays as the property has no tourist licence.
Noise level has to be within the legal limit.
No access permitted to the downstairs pool room, garage and anywhere that says NO ENTRY basically to anywhere with tools, for example the house engine room.
Modifications are fine within reason and permission must be agreed in advance.
